Every quarter, Bookmans highlights the work of an important organization from each of our Arizona markets in our stores and on the web.

Bookmans Low Lounge

Girl Scouts is the world's preminent organization dedicated solely to girls. Sahuaro Girl Scout Council serves over 13,000 girls or more than 10% of all girls aged 5-17 in our community. This year Bookmans has partnered with the Sahuaro Girl Scout Council to build the Bookmans Low Lounge, a safe space where girls can hang out with other girls, read, have access to computers, and get the support they need.

Reach Out and Read Arizona

Reach Out and Read Arizona Coalition is an organization whose goal is to make literacy promotion a standard part of pediatric primary care, so that children grow up with books and a love of reading. Bookmans donates books year round to this wonderful group.

Grand Canyon Youth

Grand Canyon Youth is a non-profit based in Flagstaff, Arizona whose mission is to provide experiential education on the rivers and canyons of the Southwest. Their river education programs and service learning clubs are open to youth aged 12-19. Bookmans supports Grand Canyon Youth with monetary donations for their fundraising events.
