Tune in to ABC's Emmy Award-winning Extreme Makeover: Home Edition this Sunday, March 22nd at 8/7c p.m. and witness Ty Pennington and crew's amazing remodel for the Bell family in Tucson. Bookmans was privileged to take part in this very special project, donating more than $3,500 worth of books to fill the shelves of the family's brand new house.
"When we were approached by the show for a book donation, we jumped at the opportunity to help the Bell family," says Sheila Kressler-Crowley, Bookmans' Marketing Director. "This was a community effort and we were honored to be a part of it."
Dozens of local businesses donated goods, funds, and manpower towards the renovation, spearheaded by John Wesley Miller Companies. To learn more about Lizzie Bell, a Red Cross Hero Award winner, and her family, visit the official Extreme Makeover Tucson site.
