The Humane Society of Southern Arizona rescues, protects and saves the lives of homeless animals in our community, and, through low-cost sterilization and humane education, works to prevent this unnecessary cycle from continuing in future generations. Last year alone they received, sheltered and cared for 12,482 lost and unwanted companion animals. Please come support this amazing organization with much needed donations of food, litter, treats and more!! The supplies they need most are: *Cat and dog food (both canned and dry). Name brands are preferred. *Puppy and kitten food (both canned and dry) *Pet snacks and treats *Kitty litter *Clean towels and blankets (used are fine) *Bird and rodent feed *Rodent bedding Anyone who makes a minimum donation of $5 in needed supplies or cash will receive 20% off their entire purchase that day at Bookmans!!! So come on in to Bookmans this November to give a little and get a little, in the spirit of giving thanks for our community. Donations will be accepted by Humane Society staff and volunteers from 11 am to 4 pm.
