We've had some great turnouts for our Video Game Challenges so far this month! We've given away several hundred dollars in Bookmans gift certificates, hundreds of goodie bags, and some really amazing trophies. But most importantly, everyone has been having a great time. Check out the Video Game Challenge events coming to a store near you this weekend!

 

TUCSON

Ina:

Adults (ages 14 and up) - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for XBox360, Saturday, May 22, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We're calling in an airstrike for our adult video game challenge. Come duke it out in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Sign ups start at 6:00 p.m., and the tournament begins at 7:00 p.m.

Grant:

Gamer's Masquerade Ball and Costume Competition, Saturday, May 28, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. You're invited for an evening of gaming fun and celebration -- come dressed as your favorite video game character and compete for some amazing prizes, including a $100 Bookmans gift certificate for best costume.

FLAGSTAFF

Orpheum Theatre:

Kids (13 and under) - MarioKart on GameCube, May 22, May 22nd, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Videogames will be on the big screen with Mariocart on the Gamecube for kids with great prizes! Sign ups begin at 9:00 a.m., and the challenge will start at 10:00 a.m.! Snacks and drinks provided. Bookmans Flagstaff will be buying and selling at this event.

Teens & Adults (ages 14 and up) - StreetFighter on XBox360, Saturday, May 22, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For the adult challenge we're going to be throwing punches with StreetFighter for the Xbox 360! The challenge begins at 12:00 p.m., but you'll need to sign up beforehand to compete. Sign ups are from 11:00 a.m.  to 12:00 p.m. on the same day as the event. Bookmans Flagstaff will also be buying and selling at this event! Snacks and drinks will be provided.
