Bookmans in Flagstaff was sad to see the end of summer kids events at the Orpheum, but we are continuing to host great kids events at the downtown public library, and we hope to see your family there. On August 30th at 10:30am, we'll be hosting Fandango Puppet Making, and October 1st also at 10:30am, we'll have Banned Books Story Time in honor of Banned Book Week. If you like puppets and freedom of speech, come on down and join us for both events; it'll be a party!

We're still buying and selling every Saturday in August at the Chamber of Commerce parking-lot from 10am to 4pm (we take our last deal at 3:45) and are proud sponsors of Pickin' in the Pines September 17th, 18th and 19th. Join us at Pickin' for free tee-shirts, visits with Bookman (the superhero of reading), tote-bag decorating, and Chuck Cheesman's kids show, among other family-friendly fun. This summer isn't over yet!
