St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance has an increased need for food during the summer months, especially for children who don't benefit from free school breakfast and lunch programs during the school break. According to St. Mary’s, the food bank distributes more food in the summer than it does during the holiday months. The food bank also reports a decline in donations during the summer.

Our Valley stores will be accepting nonperishable food items all month. Every time you donate, we'll give you an entry form. At the end of the month, we'll randomly select three winners to receive one $50 gift certificate each.
