Bookmans Mesa employee Paul Stewart celebrates ten years with us. Working at Bookmans as a temporary job while attending college is common among our employees. Still working here ten years later is just as common. Turns out that what was supposed to be a temporary position as a cashier taught one employee more than his formal education did. "I was learning more at Bookmans than I was at school. I've gone to college three times since starting here," says Paul on this subject.

We love ourselves a good party in Mesa and employee parties are simply the best! Perhaps it's because Store Manager Sarah and Café Manager Rodney are both amazing at creating mouth-watering culinary creations. Paul loves to go fishing in his free time and he also loves Star Wars. Yes, the two things can go together. We ended up with a seafood feast made with love and a break room decorated with Star Wars memorabilia.
