Bookmans News
Each week brings tremendous progress toward reopening Bookmans Flagstaff store. Workers are installing plumbing and electrical, the gorgeous new blueprints are on display at the warehouse, and the new orange shelves, rows and rows of them, are being filled with books. Our Store Manager Andrew Shkolnik and Assistant Store Manager Desiree Ducharme, along with our trusted supervisors, including Matt (in books), Nick (in music), Ryan (in customer service), and Ben (in electronics) are all gearing-up to make sure their departments are stocked and ready for the reopen. Bookmans is also maintaining lots of community presence in Flagstaff, with Saturday buying and selling at the Chamber of Commerce, sponsorship of Pickin' in the Pines, kids events at the library, and anti-censorship movies for kids and adults at the Orpheum Theater in September. Check out the latest pictures of the warehouse here, and the store rebuild here. Please see our calendar for updates on community events.
