Bookmans News
There are many styles of blogging, from news-oriented to humor, but the personal blog is where many creative people shine, and find not only an outlet for their stories, but a sense of community with readers and other writers.
On Thurdsay at Bookmans Grant, we will offer a workshop with writer Jane Devin, who blogs for the Huffington Post, janedevin.com, and "text-decoration: underline;">findingmyamerica.com. In this workshop, Devin will discuss ways to empower your writing "voice," the benefits and consequences of personal blogging, and ways to promote a sense of community with readers. Come join us at Bookmans Grant for an exciting and relevant event, October 29th at 6:00 p.m.

I can't wait to hear what Jane has to say. I've virtually followed her for a couple of years and have loved and learned from the experience. She is an original voice.
