GreenFest 2010 is right around the corner and we at Bookmans are super excited to share this inaugural event with the Tucson community! We believe it is our responsibility as a company to help care for the planet, and we are always working to reduce our carbon footprint and help build a better, greener community. This year we are thrilled to partner with the Tucson Botanical Gardens and the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona to present this new festival that highlights simple, cost effective ideas and strategies that everyone can easily incorporate into their lives!
When: Saturday, April 24th – 8:30 am – 2 pm
Where: Tucson Botanical Gardens, 2150 N. Alvernon Way
Cost: FREE!!!
Please join us for this free community event filled with eco-conscious family fun and green living know-how. With experts in everything from water harvesting and composting, to xeriscaping and green building, we know that GreenFest will provide you with the skills, resources and knowledge to build a better, greener life for yourself and our community.
