It’s the fabulous 40th anniversary of Earth Day, and Bookmans is partnering with the City of Flagstaff to make it an awesome celebration this year. We will have tables for kids’ reusable tote bag decorating, have a booth with great giveaways, including special tickets to the Arboretum, and be sponsoring Chuck Cheesman to play his famous kids’ show on the main stage. On top of all that fun, we will also be in the parking lot, all set up and ready to buy your stuff!

Do you have a pile of books, CDs, DVDs, video games, LPs, toys or any other cool thing we might want lying around your house, just asking for a new home? Are you interested in helping Bookmans replenish our inventory? Would you like some cash or trade credit good at any of our stores, or to save until the Flagstaff store reopens? Or maybe you just want to stop by and say hi to your old pals at Bookmans? Whatever your purpose, we’ll be excited to see you!

If you do plan to bring items for sale or trade, please bring only what each person can carry, since it could be a small trek to the City Hall parking lot, and we wouldn’t want anyone breaking their back for us! We’re all really excited to be out with our fellow eco-conscious friends in Flagstaff. See you there!
