Our Mesa and Phoenix stores have already brought out the bells and whistles to celebrate the wonderful and late Dr. Seuss' birthday. Now, it's time for Tucson and Flagstaff to get in on the party! On Saturday, February 27, we'll be hosting TWO fantastical and fun-filled fiestas in honor of Theodor Seuss Geisel, or, as he is better known, children's book author Dr. Seuss.

The Cat in the Hat made a special guest appearance at Bookmans Mesa

Flagstaff will be hosting their event at 2:00 p.m. at the Flagstaff Downtown Public Library. (A big “thank you” to them for letting us use their space!) Join us for free fun family time – join the Bookmans Flagstaff crew for Seuss story time, hat-making and lots of free giveaways!

Bookmans Grant store will be the happening spot for Tucson's Seuss party, starting at 10:00 a.m. In celebration of the late great, we'll be making crazy Cat in the Hat hats, playing Seuss-inspired games and activities, reading some of your favorite Dr. Seuss classics and giving out prizes (maybe even some cupcakes!)
