Kids (and their parents!) can experience the joy of creating music when the Civic Orchestra of Tucson presents their Musical Instrument Petting Zoo on Saturday, June 13th, from 11 a.m. to noon at Bookmans Speedway and 3-4 p.m. at Bookmans Ina. Children get a chance to have an up-close look at various orchestral instruments and actually play them under COT members’ supervision.
The Civic Orchestra of Tucson is 60-piece volunteer community orchestra founded in 1975. They are dedicated to bringing the joy of classical music to Tucson and southern Arizona free of charge. To learn more about their programs, see a schedule of upcoming performances, or for more information about how you can volunter or donate, visit cotmusic.org.

The turn out was fantastic! Too bad they could only stay for an hour. Everyone, not just the kids LOVED this event.
Thank you so much Civic Orchestra of Tucson!
