Bookmans Phoenix was very excited to welcome actor and volunteer, Donna Yolanda for a special BookPALS holiday story time! Children who attended, cozied up in our community room and listened to the tall tales of "The Gingerbread Cowboy" by Janet Squires and "The Christmas Crocodile"  by Bonny Becker and David Small (both picked by Donna, right from the Kids Corner at our store). Thanks to her whimsical reading style, the characters jumped right off the page and into everyone’s imagination! Special thanks to both Donna and BookPALS for their mission in showing our valley kids and their parents just how exciting the world of reading can be!
