Bookmans News
Books have no special claim to fame in the censory world. Movies, music, and art are often the target of passionate censors who can't wait to use their hot hands to take away your play. Horrifyingly, it wasn't just our parents who hoped to rip video gaming fun from us. Can I get an eyeroll, please? At Bookmans, we won't tell you what you can't play. In fact, we've set things up so that you're in control.

As part of our Fight Censorship Month, we are celebrating the freedom to play video games by providing some our favorite banned games from all over the world and inviting you to come to Bookmans Phoenix and Bookmans Mesa to play them! Sunday, Sept. 12, take a seat to try your hand at some of the familiar, favorite, controversial games as well as some surprisingly banned games. We'll have several consoles set up so stop by and get your game on!
