As you may have already heard, Bookmans in Flagstaff is going to be out in the community, buying and selling, every Saturday and Sunday, all-day, all summer! See here for schedule details. Most weekends, we will be in the Chamber of Commerce parking lot on Route 66 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on our first day at the Chamber of Commerce, May 1, it will be a party, complete with live music, snacks and drinks, face-painting, balloon sculpting and more!

There’s not a lot of parking in the Chamber lot, but it’s really easy to drop off your stuff and pull through, and parking is readily available across the street at the train station or just across the railroad tracks, so bring everything you can fit in your vehicle (or bike basket)! And, don’t forget, you can also just come to shop!

Due to this new plan, we are going to revise our buying guidelines for visiting people’s homes (our deals-on-wheels). We are ratcheting back to Thursdays and Fridays only for house calls, and will come look at your stuff only if you have about 10-12 boxes (around 300 items), or your items are exceptional in terms of quality and condition.
