Bookmans News
This last Saturday, Bookmans hosted another very fun kids’ event at the downtown public library! We decorated ceramic watering cans with pens and stencils, and then planted them with soil and beans. They should sprout just in time for the spring thaw. Kids also decorated their own tote bags in spring themes, and left the event with a new yoyo, tee-shirt and a couple of fun school supplies!
If you haven’t already heard, it’s arts and crafts month at Bookmans, and we are celebrating everything crafty this month! Next Thursday evening, March 25th at 6:30pm at the Downtown Public Library in Flagstaff, we’ll be hosting teen and adult beginning knitting night. Bookmans will provide all the supplies for getting started, so if you’ve ever wanted to start knitting but had trouble getting going, this is the class for you!
Watch out for even more stuff going on at the library, and if you don’t know about it already, look into their awesome kids reading programs and regular story times at the Flagstaff Public Library website.
