Today may have been the last summer kids event for the year but we went out with a bang! To get us ready for the upcoming school year, Bookmans Mesa hosted a back-to-school party. What better way to get us ready for the upcoming year than by decorating book covers made from recyclable material that you can use all year long? Little ones had the opportunity to color school related coloring pages, enter a raffle for awesome school supplies which ranged from Spiral notebooks, to colored pencils, pencil cases, Bookmans tote bags and much more!

We munched on snacks, drank juice and went around the room all telling stories about what we were looking forward to in the next school year. Even though our Summer Kids Events have ended, please remember we do still have Sing & Sign with Jessica every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. It's a fun interactive class on teaching young ones how to communicate. Also, every Friday at 10:00 a.m., we have Story Time With Toni. Each week Toni selects a different theme and takes us off to far away lands through the magic of her storytelling, featuring crafts and refreshments. As always, all events at Bookmans are free.
