Can animals communicate their feelings and their needs? Of course they can! Our summer kids events continued this week where we welcomed the Arizona Animal Welfare League and their presentation of Animals Can Talk.

Staff from the A.W.L. were on hand, using various animals to teach and educate. Animals like exotic birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, scorpions, turtles, and even a beautiful dragon snake lizard were in the store! We learned how each of these animals senses differed and the proper care of them. The best part of all was we even got to pet and interact with each and every animal!
