Bookmans Mesa welcomed back Toni Jourdan from BookPALS Saturday morning for an action packed storytime. Toni started out by reading the books "Dot" and "ish". This was folowed by a short interactive Scribble art where Toni scribbled on paper and little ones would turn it into a drawing. What could be more exciting?

Toni then treated us to reading another story written by actress Jamie Lee Curtis about "Feelings". She followed this by blowing up balloons, making faces out of them, and we got to pick an emotion to draw on them. One thing is for sure, we all drew smiley faces after hearing Toni's fantastic storytelling. Be sure to join us on Feb. 20th, where Toni will be coming back to join us for our big Dr. Seuss birthday. It will be Seusstastical and free!
