Join us for an amazing celebration of chess at Bookmans Speedway on October 18th! In honor of National Chess Week, Bookmans, in partnership with 9 Queens, is proud to sponsor the first annual All Queens Chess Day, Tucson's first chess tournament exclusively for women and girls. All Queens Day is an opportunity for kids of all ages to learn the basics of chess through fun, interactive stations. We'll have chess themed arts and crafts activities as well!

This inaugural event will be co-hosted by Vice-Mayor Regina Romero and City Council Member Nina Trasoff, and will feature City Council Member Karen Uhlich and Tucson's First Lady, Beth Walkup. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to celebrate your love of chess or to foster a new passion for this historic game.
