Be one of the first gamers in Phoenix to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 tournament style on the Xbox 360. Bring your skills, bring your friends, and bring your best for this 2 player vs. 2 player Team Deathmatch! 1st Place: $100 Bookmans Gift Certificate, prize, and a Bookmans goody bag 2nd Place: $50 Bookmans Gift Certificate and a Bookmans goody bag 3rd Place: $25 Bookmans Gift Certificate, prize, and a Bookmans goody bag Registration is day of event, sign in begins at 1pm and the tournament starts at 2pm. Big thanks to The Temple Arcade for bringing this all new tournament to Bookmans Phoenix! These rules apply to all games: - All games are played in a double-elimination format. - Any games that end in a draw are to be replayed with the same exact settings, characters, songs, etc. - All macros available via the in-game controller configuration menu are allowed. - Hardware macros, rapid-fire, or other hardware assisted mechanisms are strictly forbidden. - Pausing/disconnecting from a game, accidentally or intentionally, may force you to forfeit a round/match. - – -Determination is solely the bracket/tournament manager’s discretion. - Wired controllers only, wireless controllers are forbidden. - Game and system tampering is forbidden. - – -Attempting to swap out any game, hardware, save, or character data will result in a disqualification. - You are expected to bring your own controller/arcade stick to play on. “Loaners” may be available. - The tournament rules/format may be altered to accommodate player entries, time or other circumstances at any point
