Monday, June 2 through Friday, June 6: it's all sparkle n' verve as our Speedway location kicks off summer with a solid week of special themed days for customers and employees alike. So find your favorite hat, comfiest pair of pajamas, and style your hair crazy - and come on in!

BOOKMANS SPEEDWAY - founder of our longest-running theme day tradition, Moustache Day - has deemed the first week of June Bookmans' Spirit Week!

From Monday, June 2 to Friday, June 6, employees and customers are encouraged to have fun with each day's theme by dressing up and being part of the in-store festivities.

Monday, June 2: Hat Day
Whether you prefer the derby, the bowler, baseball caps, cowboy hats, the toque, beanies, the beret, the deerstalker, top hats, the fez, or - of course - the fedora, today's the day to don your dome piece and shop with style.

Tuesday, June 3: Beach Day
Sure, we're a long way from the ocean, but all it takes is a pair of sunglasses, a Hawaiian print, sandals, some sunscreen, and a frothy summer read to transport yourself to the far off reaches of Cabo San Lucas.

Wednesday, June 4: Crazy Hair Day
Some people need a pound of hair gel, some people just need to roll out of bed - whatever your method, we want to see your hair at its craziest. Shock us with your locks, put the dread back in dreadlocks, and give that hawk mo' oomph than usual.

Thursday, June 5: 1960s Day
Are you a mod or a rocker? A hippie or a rude boy? Celebrate paisley print, flower power, psychedelia, Modernism, and other fruits of the Baby Boomer era as you "do your own thang" in your swingin' vinyl go-go boots and collarless jacket.

Friday, June 6 : Pajama Day
Wake up, get out of bed, and head straight to Bookmans. It doesn't get much easier than that. (Brushing your teeth first highly recommended and appreciated.)
