Adult film queen/burlesque sensation Kitten Natividad will make a personal appearance at Grindhouse Redux's Russ Meyer double feature at Chandler Cinemas on Fri, Feb 29, featuring Up! and Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens.

On Friday, Feb. 29, the local B-movie movie hostess will present a rare personal appearance by legendary Russ Meyer discovery KITTEN NATIVIDAD in conjunction with a double-header screening of Up! (1976) and Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens (1979), the two outlandish X-rated Meyer epics that catapulted Kitten into the cult cosmos.
During the show - which will be high-grade catnip to Kitten cultists - the ever-playful pussycat will greet fans, sell and sign Kittenabilia, pose for photos, and participate in an audience Q & A. Doors open at 7 p.m. with Up! screening at 9 p.m. and Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens at 11 p.m.. (The movies will replay the following day, March 1 - sans Kitten - with Up! screening at 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. and Beneath... at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.)
In addition to roles in this pair of ribald Russ Meyer classics (the duo lived together for more than ten years), the fan-friendly feline fatale was twice named Miss Nude Universe, landed roles in a series of mainstream movies ranging from Airplane! to The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, headlined a long-running burlesque revue at Hollywood’s The Body Shop, operates a highly successful mail order/fan phone business, and most recently appeared as a prison matron in the campy indie Sugar Box.
